What is a Business Catalyst Session like?
When you schedule your session, you’ll complete a short form with basic questions about your business and your intentions. This helps me prepare by reviewing anything you’ve created — though I’ve also had powerful sessions with zero prior knowledge of someone’s business. Sometimes, less is more.
Your 90-Minute Zoom Session Preview:
Check-In – Share your intentions, current challenges, and anything else that will guide our work together.
Brainstorm & Strategize – We’ll map out a clear, actionable plan you can start implementing right away to move toward your goals. Energy work and Human Design insights will also be included here to support your intention.
Wrap-Up – Ask final questions and review your action plan so you leave feeling confident about your next steps.
